Exhibitor understands that s/he will be provided with:
- One banquet table.
- Electricity is available, but must be requested in advance. NOTE extension cords are NOT provided.
Exhibitor acknowledges that the table reserved by Exhibitor WILL NOT be shared with any person, business, or organization, unless they are a party to this contract, and approved before the Conference begins. Any Exhibitors without a signed and approved Contract will not be permitted to participate in the Conference. NO EXCEPTIONS. Any materials to be displayed and/or distributed must be the requirements of the International Code of Marketing of Breast-Milk Substitutes, and may be required to be removed from the table if OLCA determines they do not comply.
Exhibitor agrees to be present, at their assigned table, at all times required (before Conference sessions, during breaks and meals, after Conference sessions. Times TBD. See Agenda for details). Exhibitor further agrees that only people listed in this Contract will attend the table assigned to Exhibitor. An OLCA volunteer will be available for short coverage upon request.
Understandings:
It is understood that the Exhibitor, her/his co-exhibitors, employer, and OLCA:
(1) Neither solicits nor accepts funding or reimbursement from manufacturers of products that are within the scope
of the International Code of marketing of Breast-milk Substitutes, found here:

Exhibitor agrees to notify Exhibitor Coordinator immediately should any of the information provided herein, or in the original Application change. OLCA reserves the right to reconsider and revoke acceptance of Exhibitor at such time.
By purchasing this product, Exhibitor understands these Terms, and agrees to be bound by them.
