AFTER COMPLETING ALL THE EVALUATIONS, DOWNLOAD, SAVE, AND PRINT THE CERTIFICATE PROVIDED. KEEP THIS FOR YOUR RECORDS! THERE IS A FEE FOR ALL REPLACEMENT CERTIFICATES AND OLCA REQUIRES AT LEAST 10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR RESPONSE!

Cancellation and
Refund Policy

Refunds will not be given. If you are unable to attend, audio recordings of the live sessions will be made available after the conference, OR you may transfer your registration to another person. Please check the OLCA website for up-to-date information regarding updates to this policy and in-person attendance.

In the event that the in-person portion of the conference is impossible due to COVID or other extenuating circumstances, the conference will be held virtually, and all in-person registrations will be honored for the virtual conference.

CHILDREN
Child Attendance Policy: Quiet nursing babies in arms are welcome in the session rooms. As a courtesy, we request your immediate attention to any situation, including happy baby noises, which may interfere with the concentration of attendees.

There will be a lactation room available for nursing and/or pumping.

The Deadline to register for On-Demand Sessions is MARCH 30, 2025.

There is a maximum of 10.5 CERPs and/or Contact Hours.

Tuition for these sessions is $250 for OLCA Members, and $300 for Non-Members.
