Bylaws and Policies

Bylaws and policies serve as the foundational framework for organizational governance. Bylaws establish the high-level legal structure, board responsibilities, and voting protocols required by the state. Policies provide the operational guidelines, rules, and step-by-step procedures that allow our volunteers to execute daily business consistently. Find ours below!

Policy & Procedure Manual

Lovingly called the P&P this is a working document and updated frequently. It establishes a standardized "single source of truth" that dictates the rules, operational guidelines, and daily processes of an organization.

Code of Conduct

A code of conduct translates an organization’s core values into actionable, everyday rules. Its primary purpose is to establish clear behavioral expectations, prevent legal and ethical issues, and foster a safe, professional, and accountable work environment for all.

Communicable Disease Policy

Mostly relevant during Covid but we're keeping it.

Bylaws

The purpose of bylaws is to establish the legal and operational rulebook for an organization's internal affairs. They define how the board of directors operates, outline member rights, and provide clear procedures for decision-making to ensure accountability and prevent conflicts.

Photo Relase

Legally grant a photographer or business permission to publish and use an individual's likeness and property. Let's us take photos and post them!

Website & Social Media Policy

The primary purpose of a social media policy is to protect an organization's reputation, secure proprietary data, and prevent legal liabilities. It establishes clear behavioral guidelines for the board and members regarding both official brand channels and personal online activity.
