  • Refunds will not be given.  However, if you are unable to attend, audio recordings of the live sessions will be made available after the conference, OR you may transfer your registration to another person.  Please check the OLCA website for up-to-date information regarding COVID updates and in-person attendance.

  • In the event that the in-person portion of the conference is impossible due to COVID or other extenuating circumstances, the conference will be held virtually, and all in-person registrations will be honored for the virtual conference.

  • OLCA reserves the right to substitute speakers and/or topics without prior notice.

COVID CONDITIONS

At this time, OLCA is planning for an IN-PERSON conference, with limited seating, with the ability to switch to a live-streamed conference should COVID conditions require.  A decision will be made no later than mid-March, and will be posted on our website and social media, and an email will be sent to all registrants.

Child Attendance Policy: Quiet nursing babies in arms are welcome in the session rooms. As a courtesy, we request your immediate attention to any situation, including happy baby noises, which may     interfere with the concentration of attendees.

There will be a lactation room available for nursing/pumping parents.
